Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, single cards, decks, and accessories, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Returns will only be considered where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, contact us at brad@wargamingagency.com. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by law.

Where a return is approved, any refund may be subject to deductions for non-refundable merchant processing fees, shipping costs, and other direct costs incurred by us. Any applicable deductions will be advised before the return is finalised.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to assess and process your return request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

Trading Card Game products (including sealed and unsealed products)

Special order items

Custom or personalised products

Personal care goods

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return and the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
